By accessing and using Stewards, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Stewards is a parish administration platform provided by Triune Softwares Inc..

2. Use of Service

Stewards is provided for legitimate parish administration purposes. You agree to use the service responsibly, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Data Ownership

All data entered into Stewards remains the property of the subscribing parish.Triune Softwares Inc. acts as a data processor, not a data owner. You may export or delete your data at any time.

4. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

5. Financial Data

Stewards provides tools for financial record-keeping but is not a substitute for professional accounting advice. Tax receipts generated by the system should be reviewed by your parish treasurer for accuracy.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will have 90 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
